Candidate – A person or persons looking to be placed by us in a paid seafaring role for a client.

Client – A person or group using the professional advice and / or services of the Company.

Country – Refers to the United Kingdom, abbreviated as ‘UK’.

Crew – A person or persons previously placed by the company in a seafaring role for a client, or candidates applying for roles as advertised by the company.

Data Controller – Means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

Data Processor – Means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Service – Means any services, including but not limited to crew placement, vessel management, technical and speciality advice and consultancy supplied to clients, by the Company or its Affiliates.

Usage Data – Refers to automatically collected data, either generated by use of the company website or from the website infrastructure itself (For example, the duration spent by users on the website).

Website – Refers to the website https://www.200yachting.com and all other domains owned and/or operated by the team at 200 Yachting.

You/Your – Refers to Crew and Clients who willingly provide Personal and Usage Data to the Company for processing.

– To manage your account, assist in registration and provide you access to recruitment services provided on the website by the Company.
– For obligations required under any contract entered into between the you and the Company.

– The personal data of Crew and Candidates may be shared with Clients in accordance with normal recruitment procedures. Clients are obliged to store all data securely, and to use your data only for potential employment within their organisation.
– The personal data of Clients may be shared with Candidates and Crew in accordance with normal recruitment procedures. Client data will only be shared with the consent of the Client.
– We may ask for your consent to share your data with third parties. Data will never be shared without your consent.

3.6) The Company will retain your Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes laid out in this privacy policy and as required by applicable law to ensure our compliance with our legal obligations.
– Crew and Clients have the right to be informed of how and why their data is processed, and have the right to request access to any information pertaining to their personal or professional account.
– Your right to erasure is applicable as laid out in article 17 of GDPR Regulations.

3.7) 200 YACHTING will retain Usage Data to improve website and service functionality and to strengthen security and data privacy.

3.8) 200 Yachting aims to ensure that your Personal Data is safeguarded in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
